Good news!.

After waiting a really long time, I may be finally be able to get rid of my Blackberry Pearl. Telus and Bell announced today the launching of their new HSPA network to compete with the Rogers network. I just checked the Telus website (see above) and they’ve got it on there as coming soon. I couldn’t be happier. I can finally get rid of my garbage Blackberry, and move to the iPhone. Fantastic. No word on a release date yet, but the sudden announcement comes as a huge shock. There is no word on the Bell Mobility website about an iPhone.

More good news! I got my Nikon back last Friday, just in time for the Majors home opener. It was the aperture control that was busted. I also checked my shutter count when I got it back – 25,522. I know – it’s alot. The D90 is rated at 100,000 before it croaks. I did a quarter that in a year. I think I need to take it easy.
