"Stables"
A few years ago, I spent one afternoon following the workings of an Ontario Horse Harness Association stable. What I found was an organization lacking the vital funds needed to survive. Despite the warm hearts and positive personalities of all those working, it was evident that they know the sport they loved so much was in peril.
