What I’ve been upto latley

I finished my last exam at the end of April. The last few months of school were spent contemplating what I’m going to do with my life. Unlike the rest of my peers who were a little bit more artsy-fartsy than me, I wasn’t going to grad school, or spending another year at school doing [...]

A preview of things to come

I recently started working on a new project. It’s kind of secret so I can’t divulge too much information, but I can say it could turn into something much larger for me. Here’s a preview.

Thrown Forth – Part One

This year’s grad show for the Art and Art History programme at U of T is called Thrown Forth. John Spagnolo designed the visual identity, and I think it looks great. Read The Medium’s review here.

So the first-ever Medium Magazine came out this week, and let me tell you, am I ever happy that its out. It’s been a long two month production period, and it’s really great to finally see it off of the confines of my little macbook screen and out onto campus newsstands.

Things that have broken in the last week

1. Nikon D90
Shutter control tab. Camera is less then a year old. I brought it directly to Nikon Canada’s head office on Wednesday, called in today, and said they received it for repairs on Friday, and it will be another 10 days. I forgot to check how many shutter actuations were on the camera. More [...]

Issue 1

We published the first issue of the year of The Medium this Tuesday. The issue went off without (too much of) a hitch. No big problems with our printer, which is surprisingly strange, because usually we get a call at 3 or 4 am in the morning telling us we need to re send [...]
